How can I transfer my domain name to another provider?
For .uk domain names, you will need to email
support@tamba.co.uk with the IPSTAG of your new provider. For .com/.net/.org/.biz and .info domains you will need to email us with the primary and secondary nameservers of your new provider. Don't forget to include the domain name you are transferring in the subject line of the email.

When you purchased your domain name, an Email Request form was issued to you automatically. This needs to be completed and returned to

Is there a tutorial to help me setup my email accounts on the domain name?
Yes. When you first register your domain, you will have been sent an Email Request form and by return will have recieved a username and password for each account. You'll need these details and can then go through the setup wizard at

How do I access your webmail facility?
Simply use the same username and password you have been given when you setup your POP3 email accounts. Go to
